- Our patented cellular process adds strength and reduces weight at the same time. Most importantly, it changes the concrete thermal properties for insulating comfort.
The house remains cool during the day and warm at night due to the phase displacement of heat transmission. Standard concrete has a very low R-factor at R-3. The cellular process changes the concrete R-factor to R-16. When compared to a traditionally built house there are very noticeable differences in the inside temperature (up to 10f- 5.5c) This change in R-factor requires no insulation.
